Out on a walk, his nose is on the ground all the time, sniffing out interesting things! Play with balls? You are joking! Food is what he is after. All the time!

Your dog looks really cute, the markings are so clear.Gillyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00322140697547406511noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7486020167848564517.post-53271438472879739342009-11-17T17:48:45.406-06:002009-11-17T17:48:45.406-06:00IT'S BACONNNNNNNNNNNNN!!!!!

An older corgi and a young, spotlight-hogging king cavalier spaniel. She, of course (my friend) gives them their chew-bone treats at the same time. The corgi goes straight to work on hers. Meanwhile, The Princess drops hers and watches. See, the corgi has stronger jaws. When the treat is chewed exactly to Miss Princess' preference, she sets up an Unholy Fuss until she gets it.

And then the corgi goes patiently to work on the other, abandoned treat.

I still can't make up my mind whether this is a good result for her, or a ripoff...Brigethttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08859077640051370767noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7486020167848564517.post-66527782360432952362009-11-17T15:18:56.224-06:002009-11-17T15:18:56.224-06:00He seems like a true carnivore.

He has progressively become more and more picky. He used to only eat Innova EVO - which I had to drive 15 miles to buy. Then he would only eat chicken and rice that I made myself. Now, in his 13th year, he will only eat freshly cooked hamburger. And, even then, he will ONLY eat it off a "human" plate - no dog dish will do.
However, he loves dog treats. His favorites are Pupperonis and Beggin' Strips, as well as the aforementioned green Milk Bones. He would live on them if we would allow it.Tristan Robinhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00372571059339403974noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7486020167848564517.post-88154244801043580002009-11-17T11:35:58.058-06:002009-11-17T11:35:58.058-06:00This is cute. She won't eat any other dog treats. Now, ham or chicken scraps and she's one happy beagle.

SueSuehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03190096917851087676noreply@blogger.com
