The egg and who?

So the baby doves flew away on Saturday, leaving an empty nest. But on Monday we looked out and - someone's been hanging around.

He's everywhere.

Plus - we looked out this morning and what is this?Who flew in and left an egg behind?

What's going on with these darn birds?

    seems like family is alway dropping in, leaving a mess, and disappearing - just recollect brother 1 and mom :-)

    Isn't it cuckoos that attempt to swap eggs in other bird species' nests, sort of a secret adoption policy?
