Think about crab. No, really - think about fresh steamed Alaskan king crab.

While in Seattle, we walked down the waterfront to Elliot's Oyster House. It's a touristy joint, but still, they have some of the freshest seafood in town. Here, we had wild caught king salmon and Dutch Harbor red king crab.
