Oh my, it's kind of scary ugly isn't it? But I'd have to say, "Superman's Shower," since the sink is to the left of it....so yes shower it is and being Superman's it's capable of most anything! Very cool photo tho, this isn't in your house is it?
It's a rocket fueled human sanitizer. (My husband has installed a few of these. People sure aren't happy when, despite the warnings, they get flaccid sprays from the too-numerous jets, thanks to low-flow city restrictions).
