I always love the color and vitality of Los Angeles's downtown main street, Broadway. Noisy, bustling, gaudy and a little bit dirty, there's always something to see amid the visual cacophony of signs, people and merchandise.

These photos remind me of the Bronx- there's something about working-class neighborhoods... a vibrancy that the staid upper class areas just can't muster.

Very colorful street. In the first picture you have caught three people dressed in the same pink color as the sign hanging over their heads!
