Small potatoes

There's not much going on these days, and I feel stale and uninspired, especially at work. But just recently I was presented with an opportunity - a cross-disciplinary training program for people who want to pursue upper management positions. So I'm applying - the application is due in a couple of weeks.

Among the questions is - Name 5 skills you possess that would make you a good candidate for this program. Provide examples of why you think each skill would be an asset for you while in this program.

Wow. How would you answer that?

Wish me luck!

Well...you put me in a pickle with that question! And no...that wouldn't be my answer!

Best of luck, my friend!

My observations:
1. Able to organize and focus to communicate with others.
2. Detail driven. You really do see things that others probably overlook.
3. Human kindness enables you to get you point across without being abrassive.
4. You seem to know your strengths and weakness. Your thirst for knowledge (strength) helps you strengthen any weakness.
5. Lead by example. Your wonderful examples inspire others.

Hope this is helpful.

I think Maybelline nailed it!

It's never small potatoes when I come over here for a visit.

You all are wonderful!! I didn't mean for you to tell me how to answer it, I meant for you to think about how YOU would answer it! But your comments will help me figure out how to write my application!

thank you.
