My porch says 97 right now at 5:20. I think it reads a little hot.
Yikes! Summer's not over yet!
When I stepped out of the house today I had no idea it was going to be upper 90ish. The proverbial blast furnace.And not going to cool down much overnight, I hear. Think cool thoughts.
Wow. And here I thought summer was over! It was a warm evening here, even at 10pm in the football stadium -- although by warm I mean a little too cool for short sleeves but too warm for a sweatshirt. May you find a pleasant way to keep cool tonight!
This is my very least favorite time of year in LA (my favorite anywhere else). I just grit my teeth until Santa Ana season passes.
