Happy Saint Patrick's Day!

We enjoyed a beer at a local Irish pub. Well, an Irish pub in Santa Monica, anyway. I had two photos to choose from for this post. In one, the beer is in focus but the background is blurred. In the other, the people are sharp but the beer is fuzzy. Which would you choose?

These are both great! Love the change of focus! Think I'll drink the beer and keep the folks across the way in view! ;-)

Happy St. Patty's day.

I like both. I guess it depends on how much beer you've drunk.

Happy St. Patrick's Day, or at least what's left of it.

one of my favorite Oscar Wilde quotes! (there can only ever be "one of" when it comes to Mr. Wilde, as he has given us so many favorites!)

Beer in focus, every time! You didn't opt for Guiness?

Between you and me, I would have for an Irish bitter if there had been one, but all I could find was Guiness.

The first one :-)Why the two photos? Hhhmmmm I wonder how many beers you've drunk :-)

Maybe I'll try growing orchids if I can find one that's suited for someone like me :-) I just thought they seem so delicate and sensitive. :-)

I like the first shot more. I like the clarity of the people further off and wonder what they're talking about.

(Are you still writing all that other stuff you alluded to on one of my posts a while back? I was back reading and came across it and was just wonderin'.)
