Laundry room, you say? Well, that would point to the dirty-footed visitor being a chupacabra. It's a well documented myth that they hate to get their feet dirty, see. This lil' feller must have smelled the laundry detergent, and decided to duck in for a quick wash-up.
You should maybe bring your goats inside at night for a while... .

Is it an opposum? Raccoon? Did you find anything? I would have been afraid to find out!
I was thinking coon when I saw th tracks. I think opossums are a little different.
I was also reading your profile...how does one pick a favorite book?
Alright, I'll admit it, it was me...I've always had tiny feet.

Looks like a raccoon!
I'll go along with the racoon guess.
jabberwocky
no question about it
I used to see tracks like that on my kitchen floor next to the cat door. Racoons for sure!
I vote raccoon.
If everyone's voting racoon, wash your hands after you're out there. They carry lots of bad 'hings.
