Every week Carmi at Written, Inc. poses a
theme for photographic inspiration. This week's theme is ROAD.

When you think you're driving on one road and find it changes to another. Here, at the top of the Summit-to-Summit Mountainway in the Santa Monica Mountains, the smooth paved road of a suburban drive changes to a potholed one-lane fire road. I hope you have good shocks, and a taste for the wild.

We have those around here, except they are ditch-lined and often tree-covered, and they usually lead to someone's house.
Do you people have a lot of snakes?
I am trying to send you an email, but it keeps getting returned! Can you email me - g.peall@sky.com - your address again, as I have a photo for you. Thanks
We have many roads like that around her, but the funniest thing we have are roads that change names. That makes me crazy. ;-)
