.....................................Things to celebrate
That looks exactly as I would imagine a small Texan town!
Are all small towns spread out like that? I suppose Texas has more space than we have, though!! And fewer people living there!Still, that's given me an idea for a post when I come back from Hospital tomorrow!
I could sit and watch the sky for hours. I find it interesting the way it can tie to the moods of many.
I just sent my daughter off to Texas to spend a few weeks with my mom. I can imagine that the town she's going to looks exactly like that. She's going to Happy, TX. Population(as of 2007): 609 Yeah, that's six hundred and nine - not missing any commas or zeros. ;)
This is the same little Texas town where I found these pickles last fall:Flying PicklesAnd yes, Crystal, it's about the same size.
This looks like the town where the play "Come Back to the Five and Dime, Jimmy Dean Jimmy Dean" takes place.
I love the contrast between all the wires and lines and man-made stuff and cloudy sky.
Oh, I just love this picture. I was thinking today that so far, if I had to put this summer into words, beautiful skies, would be right up there on top! : )
Those small towns, yes, statis is the word.
Sometimes in a town like this, feels like the clouds are the only things that move. (not speaking from experience or anything...ahem)Nice choice.
