Blue

Over at The Women's Colony, Jodi challenges us to present photos that showcase the color BLUE.

This photo is the side of one of my favorite taco trucks, La Isla Bonita. The truck is painted like an ocean current, teeming with little fish.

And here's another taco truck - carrying on the theme.

A blue glass bottle tree in North Carolina

Or the exquisite skies in the murals of Le Train Bleu restaurant in Paris' Gare de Lyon.

L.A.'s Pacific Design Center, lit up at night.

The true-blue flowers of Clerodendrum ugandense.

And an extra special touch in a hotel ladies' room. BLUE!

Look at that restaurant! Stunning. Taco trucks? Something we don't have in the midwest...would be nice though. Thanks for the advice on the blog design. I've saved the information and will be using it when I update again to winter/Christmas. After my hours of playing around with it the other night...I'm going to leave it alone for a week or 2. It makes me crazy.

So many different touches of blue. The ladies room ribbon takes the cake.

Oooh, I love your blue!
I've got my first blue bottle waiting for a bottle tree, and I think 2 little matching salt & pepper shakers in pale blue might have to join in on the fun... as soon as I convince my husband that I'm not crazy!

Is there actually a valid connection between fish and tacos?!

That last picture might be my favorite.

I am in love with your variety of blue.

I am so intrigued by taco trucks. (And the fish photo is SO cool.) When my husband works on the west coast or certain other metropolitan cities, I locate guides to the city's taco (and other food) trucks. He really enjoys the variety. I think that I would as well.

Thanks so much for taking part in the photo challenge. Your photos are a delight.
