Our house was built in 1962, in a post-and-beam modern style. Our living room and kitchen are above the garden, facing southwest toward the ocean and the mountains. It is solid windows - from floor to ceiling. Beyond the glass is a narrow deck. When you stand on the deck, it's as if you are on the prow of a ship, sailing into the mists. Here tonight, with only lamplight, the blue of the waning evening outside the windows. It feels so cozy to be inside.
I love this house.

Nice, very, very nice.
I can see you settling in with a good book and a glass of wine.
ahhhh.....
Oooo. I love the blue and yellow tones of the photos. And the pretty house.
Magical place you live in, Glennis!
Those shots look like classic Architectural Digest...warm tones inside, and cool blue outside.
What a beautiful place!
I can see why. Beautiful place. Those windows...oh, I'd spend so much time at those windows.
I'm in love with your house! *sigh*
