HAhhahahahahah I just laughed so much. I remember saying exactly what Kate said to an automated service and it replied "Did you say Manchester" hilarious.
Now I wonder what your reaction would be when before the phone rang you were really busy at something and just have to answer it and then that's what you hear? I bet instead of being annoyed, you just have to laugh :-)
