Under the weather

I'm at home with a tummy-ache. Here's what's blooming in my garden.

This is an English Rose, bred by David Austin. I think this one is called "St. Swithun."

Bearded iris - this one is fragrant enough to perfume a room.

This showier specimen is a real knock-out.

UPDATE: Oh, funny that after writing about Jack getting a tummy ache, I get one. There's no connection, though.

Don't worry, Aunt Snow. The Kenyan Usurper has released his birth certifimacate, so everything's gonna be all right.

Hope you feel better soon.
I just love the "pink rose"
so nice to see something as beautiful on a cold rainy day in Seattle.
Spring might get here around July.

I do hope you feel better soon. But that gorgeous dark pink iris is absolutely splendid!

Hope Jack is better now - nothing worse that a mopey dog!
