Carmi at Written, Inc., posts a photographic challenge each week called Thematic Photographic - this week's theme is "A FLASH OF COLOR."
Sometimes all you need for a flash of color to catch your eye is the contrast between subtle autumn earthtones and the bold flash of a classic vintage car - seen here on a quiet residential street in Los Angeles' Highland Park neighborhood.
Anyone know what kind of car it is?

A purty one?
;)
No idea, but it’s very bright and colourful, so fits the theme nicely.
I think it might be a late 40s early 50s Packard ...
Nice!
Funny how and old red car can bring an instant smile! Love your flash of color, so many can flash a smile!
Hi Sis, Mom and I looked it up - it's a 1950's Packard
Love,
